Bumper features standard tow hook and mounting bolt holes for Peterbilt 389. There are 9 oval "hidden" light holes along the bottom edge. These light holes are compatible with any grommet-mount oval lights, but the lights are mounted behind the bumper using special brackets. They are not mounted in a grommet. Lights not included.
