Unlike online-only retailers, we can install what we sell. Empire Chrome operates a full-service installation shop at our West Memphis location — staffed by truck people, for truck people.

Call for availability. We take a 9 AM appointment daily. After 9 AM, we do not take reservations.
What We Install
- Lighting & Wiring — LED light kits, marker lights, cab lights, wiring harnesses
- Bumpers & Grill Guards — full replacement and add-on bumper systems
- Exhaust Systems — stacks, elbows, and full exhaust kit installation ** we do NOT convert single exhaust to dual exhaust, or rear stack to side stack.
- Fenders & Mudflaps — quarter fenders, full fenders, mudflap brackets
- Chrome Trim & Accessories — interior and exterior chrome accents, lug nut covers, axle covers, visors
Installation Pricing
Labor is billed hourly with a 1-hour minimum.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes — appointments are recommended to ensure a bay and technician are available for your job. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
How long does installation take?
Most jobs are completed same-day. Complex jobs (full bumper + lighting + exhaust) may require drop-off and next-day pickup. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Can I supply my own parts?
Yes. We can install parts purchased elsewhere, though we cannot warranty third-party parts themselves — only our labor.
Do you work on all truck brands?
We specialize in heavy-duty trucks including Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, International, Mack, and Volvo. We do not work on trailers.
