Free Shipping Policy
Starting March 23rd, 2020 - qualifying orders will have the option for Free Shipping. Orders must ship to the lower 48 United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and other territories are not included) and have a minimum value of $60 USD. Shipping method will be chosen by Empire Chrome personnel based on the contents and location. All orders qualifying for Free Shipping are insured against loss or damage and are subject to the standard shipping and return policies.
Oversize items (approximately 48" or longer) are not eligible for Free Shipping. Shipping will be calculated for ALL items if an ineligible item is added to the cart. Separate orders may be placed for Free Shipping items and Oversize items. All items that are ineligible for Free Shipping are clearly marked on website.
Per FedEx, items meeting the following criteria are considered oversize: An oversize charge applies to packages that exceed 96 inches in length or 130 inches in length and girth. Rating will be based on the greater of the package's actual rounded weight or dimensional weight, subject to a 90-lb. minimum billable weight. Length plus Girth (calculated by adding together the Width x2 and Height x2) exceeding 130 inches will be considered oversize. Every effort will be made by Empire Chrome to ensure that these items are classified properly and marked as oversize.

FedEx Retail Network Pickups
We know that many of our customers are constantly on the road, and you don't always know when you'll be home to receive a package. We are working with FedEx to offer secure and reliable pickups using the FedEx Retail Network.

Signature Required
Orders shipping via FedEx that are valued over $500.00 USD will be Signature Required by default, due to FedEx regulations.
All orders
By ordering through this site, customers agree to our company's terms and conditions as well as to the terms and conditions set forth by our shipping company,
FedEx. These conditions can be found online in the
FedEx Service Guide.
We ship orders as soon as they are completed. We process and ship constantly, in an effort to provide fast shipping. Most orders made before 3PM (CST) on business days will ship the same day. Orders made after that time, or on holidays or weekends will be shipped the following business day.
All shipping time estimates below are based on non-Holiday season averages. Empire Chrome Shop cannot guarantee these estimates, especially during times of above average shipping volume, such as Holidays, or extreme weather conditions that may affect transportation of goods. All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Canadian Orders
Orders shipping into remote/rural areas of Canada may take somewhat longer to deliver than orders shipping into major cities and suburbs. Please allow up to 2 additional business weeks for delivery to remote/rural Canada.
On all Canadian orders shipped via the USPS/Canada Post, the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes. As we cannot estimate these charges prior to the shipment's arrival in Canada, these charges are NOT included in your shipping charges.
