International Rates from FedEx - Starting March 8, 2017
Starting March 8, 2017, Empire Chrome Shop is now able to ship our products internationally via International Economy and Priority services. Our website will calculate duties and taxes and display the complete landed cost for our customers. The rate shown includes prepaid duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, and delivery directly to your door - no need to pick up from a third-party location. Please note: It may take a few days for us to provide final international tracking data.
For USPS shipping to Puerto Rico, enter "United States" for country and "Puerto Rico" for state. If you enter "Puerto Rico" for country, you will see higher rates.
PaymentWe strongly suggest using PayPal for international payments. You can enter a credit card directly on our site, but our processor uses Address Verification System (AVS) and international banks generally do not support it. This will result in a declined transaction. To learn more about AVS, see this article.
Shipping RatesOur website calculates shipping rates based on product weight and dimensions, as well as the customer's location. It also calculates and collects applicable duties and taxes when using Crossborder service for International orders. Duties and taxes are not calculated or collected for shipments using US Postal Service.
How To OrderInternational customers are now able to add items to their cart and process checkout normally. If you have other questions, please contact us. PLEASE NOTE: International orders CANNOT be altered once they have been processed. If you need to make any changes to the address or products ordered, the order must be cancelled and re-placed. There is a 25% restocking fee on any change to an international order.
ReturnsOur standard return policy applies to international shipping, with the exception of the "within 30 days" clause, due to extended shipping times on international purchases. Shipping on purchases is non-refundable, and all return shipping will be paid by the customer. All returns must be shipped via insured mail. This will enable the package to be tracked by both parties and ensure receipt. Items to be returned must be unused and unopened, in the original packaging in resalable condition. Postage, duties, taxes, and any related shipping costs are non-refundable. Prior to shipping a return, you must contact Empire Chrome Shop for a return goods authorization (RGA) number. Without this number, your return will not be processed.
Other InformationAny items prohibited by a recipient country cannot be shipped to customers of that country. It is up to the customer to check with their local customs office to ensure that their items are not prohibited.
Empire Chrome Shop's standard Policies apply to international orders.
In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, customers are warned that claims through the USPS or FedEx may take up to 8-10 weeks due to communications between different countries and agencies. Replacement products may be delayed due to lengthy claims processing.
For certain countries with limited domestic package tracking capabilities, customers may not be allowed to place an additional order until they have received the original order. This is for security purposes.
Empire Chrome shop has sent many orders internationally, to countries including Australia, Austria, Sweden, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Israel, Norway, Germany, Russia, Denmark, Portugal, Japan, South Africa, and Ireland.
