Fits trucks with 15" diameter Premium Donaldson air breather cans, ONLY. Will not fit Standard Donaldson or Vortox breathers. A premium Donaldson breather features a twist-off top, not the more traditional four outer bolts that we are used to seeing on older trucks.

Includes driver's and passenger's side stainless steel breather panels, 16 red single-diode LED bulls-eye lights (clear lens, single-function) and chrome bezels. Manufactured in the USA.
