Sold SINGLE. 4 mounting holes - 5" centers left to right, 5.5" centers up and down. Mounting hardware sold separately. Mounting plate measures 9-1/4" (H) x 7-1/2" (W).

Cover is easily removed - just unhook the pin and it slides right off! Nameplates and padlock not included.
